Sanitary double tubesheet heat exchanger
Sanitary heat exchangers are designed to operate under the highest sanitary conditions. Their unique design makes it easy to completely empty and maintain a clean state inside the heat exchange tube. The double-tube plate structure avoids the risk of cross-contamination of conventional heat exchangers.
Product structure characteristics

Working principle
The material on the primary side flows through the seamless steel pipe bundle treated with electropolishing, and the medium on the secondary side flows through the outer pipe in the opposite direction. The end of the heat exchange tube bundle is tightened by double tube plates, and serves as a leakage monitoring point to prevent two-way cross-contamination of the material on the primary side and the medium on the secondary side. The multi-bend expansion joint can effectively absorb the local thermal stress caused by a wide range of temperature changes and extend the service life of the heat exchanger.
