The container is suitable for pharmaceutical, bioengineering, fine chemical, chemical synthesis and other industries. All materials are SUS304 or SUS316L. The tank body is provided with a jacket, and the jacket structure is divided into three types: standard jacket, outer coil jacket and milo plate honeycomb jacket. It can be heated and cooled, the inner surface is polished by mirror, there is no sanitary dead Angle, and the completely closed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. The head (conical) has been spun and processed in accordance with GMP standards. The mixing device adopts sanitary mechanical seal, the container insulation is made of polyurethane or aluminum silicate, the interface adopts ISO standard quick-pack clamp type, which is convenient for health. The crossing edge is processed by spinning, and the external surface is polished, sandblasted, frosted or cold rolled primary color matte and other forms, so that the container can show its excellent quality in any site. The equipment is equipped with sterile air breathing apparatus, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight mirror, flange type quick opening manhole and other devices.
